A friend of mine is building a Naruto Jounin. They mentioned to me that they would not have any weapons to go with a looking cool costume. I said 5 days before the con that i could try to build them some and this is what ensued for the last 3 days
This is what they sent me.
I did a 5 min mock up in a CNC programand sent them thus for rewiew.
After a Cut and some technical issues decided to go with a wooden Curtain Ring for the handle base a wooden dowel for the handle and using the CNC Blade.
Did some casting and molding x4. Used Mold Star 30 , Smooth cast 305 with aluminum powder additive
I got the final parts out and buffed them out to a shine.
I did a paint job them rebuffed the edges for some weathering then added a wrap for the handle.
