Well look at them decals After a few back and fourths it's getting there. I have a bunch more I'm adding now for the rear section. Not as much as the front as the back is cleaner and had to match the live action set to some extent.

Inspired by all of your research and stunning builds, I created this to house one of Lee Stringer's fabulous patches.

The outside of the box with the recipient's initials done in the style of the Weyland sigil:

The 'tiny chip of technology' that waits inside (the weathering is more pronounced in person):

And it opens!

FIRST ENGINE 100% READY FOR CLAYING UP WOO. No need for mods after all, Leichter hull seems to have been trimmed a little bit differently than I thought.

I should clarify that the lower engines are not a single assembly. Two main pieces, the body and the Tyrell/Leichter piece. Still have some epoxy puttying to do inside the shroud.
