Got the new nozzles, clamp and upper engines last night. I say 'clamp', singular, because the other one was missing. Only one of the two new nozzles is good; the other has a kind of rubbish surface finish; doesn't appear to have been grown at the same time.

Both engines are incredibly rezzy, much worse than the two lower engines. Looks like they grew them on their sides for some stupid reason, instead of longitudinally. Only one panel line came out perfectly, the others are absent or faint. They are usable but will need a lot of elbow grease first.

My worst ever Shapeways results, I have to say. Have had a wee whinge about that!

I'll take pics tonight and send them back. Customer service was very quick in responding and seems keen to help so we'll see.

I can use the engines, I don't expect perfection...it's just a shame to have such a sharp dropoff versus last time. The nozzle I'd really like replaced.

It's a shame after such great results on the initial batch.
Hopefully they can get it sorted out for the replacements.
