Great Idea with the bulk purchase

I received my goggles yesterday and I‘m glad, they have the correct vent.

I also found some small measurement spoons with a spheric cup which match perfect with the vents.

I cut off the upper plate of the vent and placed the spoon cup over it. That brings me really close to the screen used look.

What do you think?

Rufus, did those vents come with the clear dome?

No, unfortunately they‘re not with a clear dome.

I used a little clear plastic spoon, I found at my job site, for it. I cut off the lever and just used the spoon‘s cup. It really matches perfect. I will have a look if there are some more of them.

I was looking at the dive mask strap. A watch band keeper would work. If you can find the right size

The most vintage diving masks I saw have already these band keeper.

But there‘s another question. All the masks I found have a sliced strap on the back of the head. Is there a pic if Han‘s strap is sliced or not?

Yes. It’s confirmed it’s split in the back. In the mynock scene when Han is running you can see it. I had a screen shot around somewhere.

Yes it is sliced in the back. The goggles I bought had this keeper on it. I was only suggesting it for anyone that couldn't find one

I‘m still waiting for some parts, but in the meantime I went a little further.

I made the two white dots. I don‘t wanted to just paint them but add a little more detail to the tank, so I inserted two aluminium rivets from the inside to give them a small button-like look.
