My Office/Prop Room/Museum......Pics!!!

Thanks Tom, I'm still upgrading the Vader but it's getting closer to what I want with each addition.

My next update will be the addition of the Star Destroyer model, then a Stormtrooper display and a TIE Fighter. Shortly after that will be a Sandcrawler. I also have an old Ben Display in the works. I just have to get off my butt and alter my mannequins for the stormie and ben.

Maybe I missed it...but it would absolutely outstanding if you could find strong enough clear "resin" brackets to display your ships off the wall.

I'm afraid that resin/plastic is just too flimsy for the weight of these heavy SS ships. those Panavise mounts are super strong. That was my reasoning for going with those............along with my being able to change the pose to just about anything imaginable with the panavise.

Yup, it is a never ending project......LOL. Boots and gloves and some padding for the mannequin and lastly....poseable arms with a grip that will hold a lit saber. Sounds like alot but It's just a matter of me getting off my rump and doing it.

If you notice how Vader is directly off to one side of my desk, what you don't see yet is also coming soon, Old Ben mannequin will be across from Vader on the opposite side of the desk. The room will literally be divided between Imperial and Rebel sides. That is why you see all the rebel ships on one side of the room but very little on the opposite side around Vader. The only Imp. ships I have going are the Star Destroyer and the Tie Hero kit. I'm awaiting one part for the TIE then I'll finish that. I'll also be adding a 1:1 Interrogation droid above and to the side of Vader. If I get really really brave, I'll do the 3 footer Death Star down the road. It will go up in the corner above the SD. Of course that's a long term goal. Currently I'm finishing up the stormtrooper mannequin. I also added a Luke Red 5 helmet that has yet to be mounted on the wall. All these things need to be placed in their appropriate locations in the room still. I also recently added a ton of display plaques and stands ala MR style. More pics to come.

It's actually balanced quite well in that pic. Weight distribution is very very odd on that model and the base makes it even odder still.
