I stll ha\vent heard anything either and there were 50 left when I placed my order:confused

Placed order on July 17th.
Received email shipping notice July 24.
July 25th, DHL tracking said it should be delivered today.
Funny thing is my cred card has not been charged yet.

Called customer service, they said they didnt have any info on why it hasent shipped yet, they were gonna send my request to corporate to get it pushed...whatever the hell that means. If I dont get somethign later today im gonna call and cancel...

I got an email saying that they 'emailed' me a return shipping label so that I could send mine back for a replacement. I have yet to receive that email. With all the problems that everyone is encountering, I'm hesitant to send it back. And yes, I think I've gotten a little attached to it. I may sell it later on, but I'm gonna wait a bit.

so after calling and asking why it has taken a week for my order to process and still not ship, id sent an email saying if it wasnt going to process in another day to cancel my order, so they just cancelled it without confirming or telling me. What the hell is that... theres no reason it should have taken so long...
so if anyone is gonna sell theirs, lmk

Mine came in the mail today! A careful examination is that it has no marks or scratches on the stand or helmet. It's amazing to see that I actually have one. I never thought I would. Here's some pics.
My son Zach wearing it in front of our house built in the mid 30's the same era as the Rocketeer.
I did the "helmet pull" trick to clear my ears better. Out of the box it fit very snugly, but now it fits much better. No way I can wear it with my glasses though. Could not be more pleased with it.

I hate to say it, but I think you pulled the trigger too quick. Others are getting their helmets... what would it have hurt to have waited a few more days?

Because it's a nice piece and a classic design. I only saw the movie once, so that may speak to how good it was, but I don't remember walking away back then in the 80s feeling too awefully disapointed...

I wasnt getting email replies and they didnt even know why my order was taking so long, kept telling me it was sold out, and i told them if it wasnt going to be ready in another day to cancel it, not just cancel it. I dunno, whole situation has me sour with MR.
It was my first order with them.

Got mine today and its in PERFECT condition and i didnt have to wait nearly as long as i thought i would........
the thing is a TIGHT fit, but it feels like its supposed to be that way...
