I'm not sure just where I should have posted this, but I figured I would start here.

I got a MR Enterprise when these first were released, I forget how long ago approx 3-4 years. I turned it on this weeked and one side of did not light up. I am not sure how to fix it or who I could contact.

Has any else on here every had this problem with the MR Enterprise?

Just out of curiosity, why wasn't your first instinct to call MR? Or send them an email? Surely, you know they have a website, or how to find it???

Hopefully someone here can help because usually once the warrenty runs out you're stuck.

ASAP had some threads on the problems with thhat product line check over there.

I believe there were some power issues caused by the fact that the model can rotate on the stand. The models internal socket was not fixed in place properly at least on some and rotational force could cause stresses on connections.

Sadly all that is internal and no real way to get to it unless you pull the deflector assembly off, someone had a pic of this at one time.

Since it is already broken, try rotating it on the stand a little or giving it a little pressure one way or the other and see if anything comes back on.

Matt Munson, Yes, I sent MR an email today before I posted this. I figured that some people on the board may have this item, so I figured I would check here aswell. I was hoping that someone here may have had the same problem and was able to fix.

They use to have a phone number, but I can't find it on their new website. I have not dealt with them since they were bought out.

Not the same, but maybe you'll find some useful info: F#$! - My MR falcon Headlight just went out...

Thanks for thread reference. I will try what the thread suggested. The difference with my issue, is that It does not have lights and does not spin on the one side. The other side works fine.

The same thing happened on mine and all I needed to do was put one hand under the nacelle and gently tap with my finger on the top and it started up.

Mine stopped spinning too, and I did what you did and it started right up again. Been OK ever since—but I don't run them much. However, unlike INDY's the lights in mine did work even if the blades did not spin. The lights not coming on sounds more serious. I wonder if he ever resolved the problem.
