Re: Electronic help-thanks. Vader belt boxes-almost done. mini vader costume progress
Thank you!
I tell ya... 3 months ago, I was "the learner"....and while I'm certainly not the master now- I had no idea about the details, costume parts, etc that all went into Vader. I just never thought I'd do a Vader costume as I hardly have the height for a trooper. Done many a Jedi and imperial costumes in the past- but this was by far the funnest project to date. Maybe because it was for my kid- but Even Jacks trooper armor kit... no sweat in tearing into that as I already knew what I was doing and wasn't excited everyday when I got home to try something new. This took research, creative thinking that almost killed me when I though about the helmet- and lots of patients.
but, I think the helmet really turned out well above my expectations- and I'm now going to be on the hunt for a Kid sized maniquin... I just don't think I could let this one go- even when he outgrows it.
After re-reading my posts- I can’t believe what’s transpired in the past few months. Thank you all for help, suggestions, tips, compliments- support, etc.
