The foil helps quickly mould compound curves which can then be translated to card - as seen in the central brown piece. An elegant solution.
MCL34N' where do ya get your thin cardboard from do ya buy it in sheets an if so how big?
I am sure one could get in trouble. However you could go to the postoffice and grab a bunch of those priority mail package things... they are free I think and are rather thin cardboard.

Hey guys! I'm done moving for the most part and should be finished in the next few days! My first order of business was fixing some of the allignment in the chest and the shape of the armor under the arms that have been bugging me in pictures for the last few weeks. Here are some pics, since it's been soo long! Also if you look realllly close in the third picture you can see lines at the bottom corner of the chest plate that mark how I plan to trim it a bit.
