Marvel Movie Rights and Future Marvel Movies

I would like to see Marvel pull Nolan to do Daredevil. If D.C. could get Singer from X-Men to do Superman Returns it's not inconceivable to get Nolan, is it?
I wouldn't expect (nor want) a Nolan Daredevil to be a Dark Knight ripoff but Nolan certainly has a good take on Frank Miller's kind of noir.

Katee Sackhoff has had a meeting with Marvel and said they're looking at her schedule for the first quarter next year.

Speaking of crossovers, Punisher had a cameo in Spider-Man 2.

Trivia guy has shared some trivia.

FALSE! I know that reply was over a year ago but I cannot stand by and let false knowledge be spread. The Punisher NEVER made a cameo in Spider-Man 2. The guy at the end when ugly Not-M.J. (not my version of M.J. anyway) is running is NOT Thomas Jane. Someone on the internet thought it looked like him as the Punisher and people read it and spread it around on message boards.

Now THAT's trivia.

Serious question - is there any proof at all that famous actors make better voice actors than non-famous actors?

Seems to me if you don't need the on-screen acting ability, non-stars are the way to go because audiences won't recognize the voices and allow them to see the character more - and they'd be boatloads cheaper that A-listers.

Are you sure you're in the right thread?

The Punisher and Punisher War Zone were good. Blade bad Blade 2 were the movies that got Marvel to make better films Granted you can't please everyone so you got to please yourself. And these movies were good. Not great. good

Yep, it would have been the start of studio crossovers of Marvel characters. That would have been about 11 years ago in 2002 if Jackman's cameo in Spider-Man had gone through.

Back then Kevin Feige was the executive producer, but he is now the President of Marvel Studios. So I hope he works out a deal to make these crossovers happen.

I missed the part about the cameo being in the Raimi Spider-Man when I scanned the article.

Wasn't there also almost a deal to include the Stark (or some other iconic Marvel) Building in The Amazing Spider-Man? That too, can signify some merging of the brands... and while that fell through, perhaps there was some progress since then.

I'd love to see World War Hulk as a movie when Marvel finally gets all of the rights back in house. Odds are by the time they manage to do that people will be so sick of the characters from the 5th reboots that nobody will want to watch them and Marvel will go bankrupt.

Marvel has the rights to the Hulk.

I can't saw WWH is high on my list of things I'd like to see. I loved the idea of a regular ongoing television program for the Ruffalo Hulk to give him some character. I wonder since Bruce was featured in Iron Man the way he was, if he's no longer on the run?

I just love the Hulk character... yeah, it would be cool to have cool gadgets like Iron Man or super strength and agility like Cap... but to just go completely berserk with absolute rage and be almost unstoppable through it... for some reason that's always appealed to me. Yeah the whole collateral damage thing might wear on my conscience a bit but, eh... :)

It would be cool to see WWH because up to this point he's been kind of the good guy wild card. They don't necessarily want him because he's uncontrollable, but in the end they realize they need him. I like when the tables are turned and their ultimate trump card ends up being the one they have to take down.

I wish they'd make another Hulk movie but with the guy that played Bruce Banner in Avengers. He truly killed that role.
