I'm looking to do a Mandalorian Cosplay based upon the tv show The Mandalorian.
Currently I have the helmet being 3D printed and I should have next month, where the sanding, bondo, painting, and finding a welder visor happens.
I'm having a rough go with the rest of the ensemble.
1. Blacksmithing apron. It appears horizontal cuts of leather stitched together. I'm trying to figure out if I want to use real leather, fake leather, or something similar. Ideas?
2. The Gloves. They have that cross stitched pattern on them that I do not know if that is required, or if I can get straight up leather gloves(thinking medieval renaissance style leather gloves that reach up the forearm) and maybe add a pattern onto them.
3. The Armor. Is the armor gender specific. I'm leaning towards yes so I'll have to adjust accordingly as the armor reaches further down in the middle for what I've seen as the classic 'male' Mandalorian chestpieces.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks!
