Cool, they acknowledged the weird looks to those 2 parts, and told me they'd send some pics of a new prototype workup. Guessing it might be an alloy issue?
Either way, will update when I get em.
It'll be kinda cool to have a "before" and "after" pic set
Might be MIA for a bit though, just a fair warning. Major clog in my sewer line means I gotta have some plumbing work done, so I'm not going to have as much free time over the next few days as I had planned. If you need me, my info is in my signature for all the major social media setups, or you can just drop me an email

Got the list updated
Pre order pricing is going to be good until I get the new prototype in, and after that it's going back to the regular pricing.
Hopefully, I will have pics in a few days, but if they have to rework or redo the mold, maybe a few more than that.
As soon as I know something, I'll pass the info along

As far as prototypes go, I got in a pic of the unfinished raw casting, and it looks pretty cool, but I'm going to wait until they finish polishing and plating one before I pop up the pics so far. I just don't want any confusion on the project of what coin people are going to get, so I'll update with the pics as soon as I have a finished piece.
Should, hopefully, just be a few days. I'm honestly surprised they haven't sent me pics of the finished one yet.
Anywho, will update when I have some more info

Alright! Sorry for being MIA for a bit, but my laptop kind of died and I ended up ordering some bits and bobs to make a new pc. It's up and going, which means I can officially UPDATE THE THREAD!
WE HAVE A NEW PROTOTYPE AND THE RUN IS ON! BOOYAH!

That's the finished coin
We had a decent looking prototype, but you can see where the damaged area were where the details just didn't come out well :
That's a good looking coin, but the weird A in DRAGON and the busted looking N in MORNING means we had to redo the mold.I'm paying too god damned much for these to be less than awesome.
Pre order is now over, we have the prototype and the order is being placed this weekend. Turnaround time is about 2 weeks before they are in hand, and I'll be sending em out asap, so keep an eye out for postage quotes

Glad it's been worth the wait
When the first prototype came in I was ecstatic, but then I noticed the very tiny detail problems and decided nope, this won't be the project I break my "best it can look" rule on.
I've gotten some guff from people because there's another coin out there already, but it's not very accurate. I had to make this happen, and I'm just glad I got a few other slightly crazed satan worshippers (or at least watchers) involved so the coin COULD be made and also be affordable.
As soon as the coins are on order, I'll share the secret that I mentioned in the first post. Won't be much longer now.
Thanks again for the faith in the project. and faith in me to get it looking right
