Yeah buy this one instead lol. Looks way better.I saw this one right below it. View attachment 1843789
That looks pretty good, you might even be able to make it a little bigger. Definitely not any smaller IMOReposting after changing dimensions. This cutout sample is 10"x7.5"H. I had created another sample that was 11"Wx8"L but again thought it looked enormous on this smaller version of the jacket. I also noticed the skull patch below looks larger than Ghost rider. At this point I am growing weary about fiddling with the dimensions anymore because the only program I have a s Microsoft Word which sucks for stuff like this.
Where's this piece? Is it there and just can't see it in picture?Reposting after changing dimensions. This cutout sample is 10"x7.5"H. I'd like to but don't plan to make another jacket. Besides I already have the stunt. I am running out of space to store my stuff!Yeah buy this one instead lol. Looks way better.
This cutout is slightly larger. I actually think the smaller one is better.Where's this piece? Is it there and just can't see it in picture?View attachment 1844188View attachment 1844189View attachment 1844052
That little area is tricky! So many little details everywhere on this thing you have to watch out for. Can't wait to see how your patch turns out! It's there. You can't see it. If I make it any bigger it will be completely covered up. I toyed with three sizes. The original size will dominate the arm and look like a bandage.
The dilemma is two things. One if it's too small it will make the black and white skull patch look too big. Two you don't want to have to place it too high, or too low because it will also visually throw things off as well. Because the jacket is a different size than the original, it obviously makes it a little tricky. You can, and should down-size it but just don't do it too much. It is a big patch, even on the real jacket because it originally was supposed to be a "back" patch. This cutout is slightly larger. I can't tell you how many times I had to unstitch that side and re-position it over and over and over again. That little area is tricky! So many little details everywhere on this thing you have to watch out for. Can't wait to see how your patch turns out!
Wait. You're not in Jasper are you?I've been messing with the Ghost Rider patch myself. I now have three different chain stitched versions of it lol. Going to have this final one merrow stitched on the edge on Monday assuming the place isn't closed because of the fires here.
And I've also been struggling with the right size on pathetic Microsoft Word because my pc does not have a current drawing or art program up to date or installed. I can't get an accurate measurement with the rulers under Word so I'm doing a lot of guess work here. The dilemma is two things. Yeah I don’t have any current software on my PC either. They used to sell you the software on a disk and you physically owned it, now they want to sell it to you on an annual basis. You have to keep paying for it yearly. Total rip-off. Same thing with basically all software now, Norton anti-virus, Word, ect. You may want to consider just going to an Office Depot or Staples and print it if you have more copies to make. And I've also been struggling with the right size on pathetic Microsoft Word because my pc does not have a current drawing or art program up to date or installed. I don't think I'll be going to any print shops for this. I'm still stuck on picking a size and I need to make a decision soon.Yeah I don’t have any current software on my PC either. Only TWO left and at a low, low price of $5,000I hope no one falls for it. I just assumed they meant that it smells old. LOL, I don't know. I will admit that some of the tapestries I bought smelled like the attic they probably came out of, and they did remind me of The Lost Boys' cave. But that's me and my overactive imagination. Ha ha.
