Just finished fiberglassing today...will be posting pics soon,...also i came up with some new things and tricks to help while fiberglassing...

My lightsaber arrives today, can't wait, spent $327.00 from ultrasabers....

Very nice! My son has the same saber for his Lord Starkiller. The only mods I've made is a leather wrap on part of the handle, & replacing the blade with a red blade from the Custom Saber Shop. The red blade is nice, because it shows up better for pics taken with a flash. Keep up the good work!cool

Sorry, I have not posted in awhile...I've been working on getting costumes ready in time for the big convention...i will be posting progress pictures when I have a moment...everything has been fiberglassed and is almost done being sanded...finishing sanding this week, next week will be touch ups and bondo...wish me luck...

Some one once asked whats the best way to size the helmet...this is how, measure from your eyes to your chin, then convert to mm and make sure that in pepakura the measurements match your life size scaling...for example this would be to big...as you see it passes my chin...

for what part of the suit?...the undersuit?...it's a really flexable plether...
