Life Size Keaton Batman 1989 AND now Nicholson Joker Last Page!

BRRogers, I forgot to mention that I had remembered your TDK Joker wig and thought it looked fantastic.

I have found it a bit harder to find a good short male wig.

There is green coloring in his eyebrows but it does not show up well in some pics depending on the lighting.
In this pic you can see some green highlights.

Your bust looks great & I can tell that you put some crazy hours into making it just right.
Your bust would look killer with his trademark purple fedora which would be easy to put on if he is wearing a wig as opposed to sculpted hair.

Thanks guys, I purchased a "Steve" wig, which is a Gregory wig counterpart for those of you who know about the wig used most often for Arnie busts. I am going a experiment a bit when it arrives. It isn't a front lace, but it's a higher quality stitch-liner wig.

Monte, you are always helpful man, I am greatly appreciative. That pic is great. I've begun some research on the right hat. So far, I think it can be called a "Gambler" hat, but I'm still looking.

I dooo have pretty much all the other costume pieces about ready. :)

There is a high end version of the Joker Nicholson hat made back around the time the movie came out.
I tried bidding on one on eBay a few years ago & was outbid at around $150 at the last second. :sick
The photo of the high end one is below.

I eventually ended up getting a lower end Morris Joker hat which I totally butchered trying to get it to fit over my Howard S sculpted hair. :rolleyes

Oh man. That hat looks great, but I'll doubt I will find one of those. I'll def let you know if I find a decent Purple fedora though.

It may be easier to get one custom made by a hat maker rather than search one out.

The high end ones just don't come up very often.

One more update. Attached the Steve wig after some surgery on it. I am a little bummed these pics don't capture the real color of the green in the hair well, it's much lighter. You also see more of the darker hair through the color more, which is noticeable in the film.

The only thing I may change is the hairline over the forehead. I was able to confirm Jack Nicholson wore a hairpiece for the film that gave him a bit more of a widows peak than can be seen on mine. All in all I am pretty happy with it and can't wait to start on the body:

Maybe some touch ups here and there, maybe a widows peak, but I'm just about to stick a fork in it. What do you guys think?

I hate the idea of buying a whole new wig just for the widows peak, but I have to do what I have to do. There's also a good chance I'll be covering the hair up with a hat anyway!!

Perhaps add a little more make-up/eye shadow to the upper eyelids? And instead of eyeballing straight ahead, perhaps you could let him look a little more to the leftside? Also a little less green on the eyebrows too.

Thanks for the advice Chaim!!!

His eyes are already fused in, the ones I used are half spheres which you can't turn unfortunately.

I'll def revisit the eyeshadow.

If it was mine I would do some light black washes on the white make up to slightly dirty it up & accentuate the laugh lines , crows feet & wrinkles.

He also needs some upper eyelashes to break up the white of the eyes to the make up.

He is looking really good so far.

Thanks MB, I was looking forward to your critique. Your thoughts on this have been invaluable, so I really appreciate it. I will absolutely try some black washes. I tried once, and sort of chickened out. I think now that the white is completely dry, I can try again, maybe with a TOUCH of acrylic and a wet sponge to have some control.

Eyelashes will be added as well.

Thanks again man!
