I can't really comment on 3rd party garments but to answer your question, yes our coat is functional. The buttons do work, and we even custom make the buttons exact to the movie coat. And to the question of the lining, no ours does not shed fur. This is a luxury garment and as such we pride ourselves on backing up that statement with quality made items.

Always been a big fan of UD replicas, especially the Batman items and these latest pictures are just unbelievably cool again. And the display stand/armory is very impressive !!

It pains me so much that i can't get Batman stuff shipped to Belgium,i would love to be a customer so bad..

Thanks bud, but it's too soon to say right now. We went from concept to finished garment in less than a week. I'll be ready with all the details in a few days and this will certainly go up for pre sale by months end at the latest.
We're working on the pants, boots and gloves as well...but the jacket will go to market first, and in the meantime we'll finish up the rest of the associated garments. :thumbsup
Once again a huge thanks to you all, everyone is always just so wicked cool and supportive that it makes my job that much easier day in and day out!

Look forward to seeing your booth and most especially that TDK display at WonderCon! I'll be there in my UD First Avenger suit. The TDK suit cage is my dream display for my UD TDK suit and my arsenal of replica weapons from the Nolan movies, I definitely want to check it out in person :thumbsup

First, with my friends Yaya and Victoria, and cosplaying friends.

With Tom P., again a dear friend, loyal UD Customer and board member...checking out his soon to arrive MOS Superman Leather Suit.

With Fon Davis...the king of Hollywood model making and someone whom I've come to know and respect dearly. Once more, someone who's contributions to cinema and pop culture are truly remarkable....and a very nice guy to boot!

With Brian Wade, who together with Steve Wang are 2 of my greatest influences and inspirations till this day...even before I knew their names,(thank you internet) for the last 20+ years their work has been an incredibly entertaining and probably the main reasons why I even got into this line of work in the first place. Needless to say, just like Steve Wang...Brian Wade was charming, cool and very nice. A true high point for me.
