Thanks dude! I think that the mark 3 was bulky as all hell but the mark 4 and 6 seem sleek.I think it's more like most guys on here aren't tiny little RDJ!

Interesting. I'm trying to figure out a costume for my GF to build with me.
This looks pretty good, but I think I need to modify it a little to **** it up some. Take out the stomach part...maybe make the thighs a little shorter to give the appearance of boots. Hmmm....

I cant get over how many people are hung up on the fact that this a a cool chick building cool armor and it is not female armor. I say mind your costume and let laam do her thing. jealousy rears its ugly head sometimes laam. lol ... this is turning out really great and I cant wait to see it done. p.s. still bummed I did not get a video up back in the day to win that matt munson t-shirt j/k

As a fellow female cosplayer, I give you tons of credit for going for this! I'm putting together a Wolverine costume for SDCC this summer- it's just for preview night, but I'm excited about it. Everyone keeps asking me if I'm doing Lady Deathstrike or some sort of feminized version and I'm just like "Nope. Just Logan without the side burns." hahaha

misswolverine, you should still go with a version of the side burns it is wolverine after all maybe a japanese style anime sideburn or something to give it a twist. Sorry laam, did not mean to steal space on your thread. Laam you got any new updates on your suit we seem to be getting restless lol

Or you could do your hair similar to Motoko Kusinagi from GIS. Her bangs come forward, and could possibly be considered side burns.

haha yeah I haven't really decided yet if I want to wear a brown wig or not. I want to keep it a little feminine (I mean I'm going to look a little different in a wife beater than Hugh Jackman) and I was leaning towards just pulling back my blonde hair in a pony tail and saying whatever with it. hahaha the rest will be SA except maybe some skinny jeans and boots instead of baggy ones, but.....

hahaha thanks! I'll definitely look into trying to make my bangs do something sideburnish, but I feel like it might look insane. Experiment time!

Baaah! Why must I live so far away from the West coast. My buddy is a lawyer in San Diego and he's having his wedding the week after labor day, he's had a year to plan it and I told him straight up he should have it during SDCC because a 500 dollar plane ticket is a tall order for JUST a wedding, instead he rubs my face in it that he's going to go to CC because it's ten minutes from his place and "no big deal".....he owes me some serious nerd friend tax.

Here is where I get my foam. Minicel Foam, Closed Cell Foam Padding, Foam Rubber Sheets
I get it in 1/16" and 1/4". Good pricing and good size sheets
