I have a great idea to mod the Hasbro FX with only 3 parts. And you must not destroy it.
This is the hasbro next to the Original Herosaber..the major problem in my eyes is that the arms are too short and too thick and the ermitter is too wide:

So if somebody have the skills to print or build new longer arms a smaller ermitter you could put over the 3 new parts very easy without to destroy the originaldesign.
The ermitter would only be a smaller ring on the stock one.You would put over the new pats easy over the blades.
I made a simulation with my very low computerskills..but I think it would look a lot better with the updates.Space is enough on the saber because they used very thick material.Yellow is the line where the parts are attached to the saber body. The blue markings show that you can make the tubes smaller on this point.

What is "LE"?70,50,90 %...all not accurate. So the mission is to get more %.
And who has the skills and wants that can build his own saber.
I´m waiting for a LE like metal saber of Kylo Ren.But for now the FX works for me.
What is "LE"?
3D-printed saber from this theme with LED and sound can replace Force FX one as more accurate to the "real" movie prop.
But it is only for demonstrating, not for battles. So as the force FX.![]()
What's the price of CNC?My Plan:
I'm gonna take apart the Hasbro ForceFX version (because it is too bulky) and build it in Guabe's hilt. The hilt gonna be metal... one of my friend is gonna make it, he is a cnc master.
I need the Hasbro sound-light because i think it is accurate. I like the fliker on the side and main blade... also it is a little electronical noize in the humm.
Guabe's hilt is very accurate as well so that is why i am gonna combine the two. (i got he hasbro for half price)
I think even Guage hasn't the latest versionCan someone provide me with a link to the latest version of this model? I can't seem to find it in the thread anymore.
Thanks
Dan
