I was impatient so I glued the vocoder block in place with hot glue. Hot glued the vocoder wires to the sides of the mask and they just tuck away behind the neck collar like they do on the original.

Nutrient tubes hot-glued in as well. Again they tuck behind the collar.

Not a very exciting part, but a needed part nonetheless. A piece of yellow foam sprayed black for the bottom of the vocoder.

Are they ok size wise ?

I am impatient so I used the test prints in the final build. They pretty much came out perfect first time thanks to gonk27's dimensions. I matched the shape and exact positioning and angle of each rib from his sketches.

Smiling front view with speakers installed. Just got the vocoder to finish.
