I dont think its in anyway accurate but when we made our Jedi cloaks we found more is less if that makes sense.
The hood is twice as big as you would think it should be and we made a few attempts before it sat and draped nicely on my shoulders.
I dont have the measurements to hand but would say imagine a shape not too dissimilar from the front end of a Graflex pattern guide but with rounded edges to give you that flop look..

Bumping this up with a related question:
The robe he's wearing in the series appears to have had the sleeves cut off about halfway down the upper arm, trimmed down to a more practical size, then sewn back on? The ends of the sleeves are more "normal" sized, and there is a seam around the upper arm.
Does anyone have a pattern for this?
