This project is amazing! Well done. Your attention to detail is superb! You have actually inspired me and i've gone and bought a Power Wheels myself!

I would be very interested to know how the vehicle handles the weight, as I know the instruction manual says maximum user weight of 9.5 stone / 60kg. Have you had any issues so far? Sadly I am a tad over 9.5 stone so I might not get very far...

I haven't had any issues. I'm about 200 pounds and I haven't added any reinforcement and its driven fine. I'm careful getting in and out of the vehicle, but it's holding the weight. And the engine drove fine, but I'm doubling battery power Anyways.

My Jeep was requested for display this weekend at the San Antonio Symphony: The Music of John Williams!

Even better, I got to give it a proper test drive in the lobby, and the battery held up, and jeep held my 200lb fine with no issues.

Awesome job man, seriously. I love it. Best thing I've seen.
For Christmas I converted my daughter's new push car to look like Umi-car from Team Umi-Zoomi. But I took short cuts. Brother you went all out. Many praises! :)
