Still a slow go, but have made some progress on my power pack and I ordered a holster from Darmans Props on Etsy and highly recommend if you need one. Nice, thick leather and made very well. hose fittings are just generic LP air fittings from a harbor freight kit. I dremeled the hard edges down and did some 'detailing' on them to make them look less obvious and hit them with the same paint I used to weather my robe with. Making the power pack itself out of a scrap chunk of 2x4. trying to get all the holes and styff filled before priming it. Going to make sure it doesn;t look like wood at all before carving out the details into it. Probably a few coats of primer and lots of sanding!

Would you happen to recall the size of the drill bit you used to drill out the adapter in order for it to slide over the stock barrel? Thanks
Just know that even with a demilled rifle if you leave the barrel at all you’re technically making a short barrel rifle which isn’t the most ‘legal’ but it’s just a prop. I highly recommend the adapters from Blaster Factory.

Excellent point. I saw on the Blaster Factory website that in order to get the Grenade Cup to attach you needed to purchase 2 parts that connect to each other and was just looking for ways to maybe get away with only utilizing the one cup adapter. (Just trying to keep the cost down a tad). Like you said it may just be more appropriate to buy both adapters and be done with it, then all I will need to do is cut the barrel off and plug and play.

This is what I did, cut the barrel ‘even’ with the receiver(this was a pain with just a hacksaw!). Drilled it out with a 9/16, and took a little extra off with a step bit(the adapter didn’t sit flush when screwed in, this gave it a little extra wiggle room) then tapped it with a 5/8-18 tap. On the adapter, I ran a 5/8-18 die over the end of the adapter(it comes non-threaded on the receiver end)
