Not sure about the model name, but it's most likely going to be Tom Ford (especially given those big peak lapels). Style-wise, it looks like a black wool double breasted overcoat.

It's hard to say from that picture, but it appears that it might be an Omega Seamaster 300. Fairly certain the ppk will be back as he appears with one in Spectre Promo shots, but stranger things have happened...
