I found a good gold at ACE hardware. I'm clear coating one of the angels with sealer, then ill dust it with the gold and report back. Its been about 5 years since I did gold on anything. Gold is a tough coating to get smooth and reflective

I've been looking into gold nail powder. Seems way.... too time consuming but looks really good.

Is the mod podge to hide print lines?

Down to my final 12 prints. Sadly they are the longest prints.

Is the mod podge to hide print lines?

No, use some uv resin to do print line hiding. The sealer is just to prevent the paint from reacting with the filament. So I use uv resin and smear it on heavy print lines, like on top of a print where adaptative layer height just cant compensate. The UV resin is thick and cures as soon as you hit it with a UV flashlight. Then you sand if required and then you can seal it with the clear gloss mod podge

And check out M.M's Prop Shop for ways to hide the layer lines. She's gone away from that a bit in newer builds as she is printing multicolor, but her earlier videos have a lot of info on how best to hide the print artifacts.
