Found a spare specimen bottle I had in my prop materials, so I decided to make the implant from the first episode of the X-Files, opting for printing it as I don't have the ability to make one out of metal. Designed a file in Microsoft's 3D Builder using screen grabs and approximating the size (roughly 25mm). Printed it in PLA, sanding away the lines very gently, and painted it in Rustoleum Bright Coat metallic. Popped it in the bottle, and voila!
For a 3D print I finished in about an hour, I think it turned out pretty good!
