Ironman mark VIII some thoughts and questions.

I have been thinking about the iron man mark 8 idea for some time now, and was wondering if since the armor is stored in the hollows of his bones, when they activate and wrap around him, they would assume a much more human shape than say the mark 4 armor, wouldnt that mean that when the geniuses who model armor make it wouldnt the unfolds be super hard for pep as a result of the many many complex curves all over a human body, but spectacularly easy for a foam builder?

has anyone gotten a 3d file of the mark 8?

P.S. who else hates the color scheme...?

The movie MKVIII or 42 isn't stored in his bones but attaches itself piece by piece flying across the room to tony, sort of like the flying MKVII but more advanced. Yet it doesn't look any more easy to unfold to me, especially because of the bunch of mechanical elements on it. And I don't like the colour scheme neither, what's with all this champagne gold color ? I want more red :D

oh yeah lol i forgot about that...
but cant all of those be attached to the underlying foam armor? like you could make some of the bits in plastic and attach them to the suit to add to it where necessary... i mean almost all of the detail in the chest could be burned in...
