Projectearth7, Have you considered using shapeways or some other 3D printing service for your arc reactors, material costs are low, you can make the props as screen accurate as you want and you could also make it more functional, for instance you could do similar to what they did in the movie and have one unit with the lights and then changeable faceplates mark 1-4, theres a plethora of materials and they even have translucent materials so that light can go through just trying to help

Hi everyone... I just finished my IP helmet mould and now ready to proceed making new projects

I will be making a revised version of this (more accurate than ever) and will let everyone know as soon as I am ready to offer it... keep your eyes peeled...
