Thanks guys, Sorry it has been such a long wait... I don't know if I mentioned this or not but I was ready to go with my analog circuit back at the beginning of March and just when I was about to start taking orders a friend said that he could help make this repulsor even better.
We have solved a lot of little detours I had to take to get the analog circuit working and these new circuits will be more compact and more efficient in their operation.
It will even be possible to put the circuit under the handplate if you have some room there like I do (batteries would still be in the gauntlet).
So anyways, I am a stickler for perfection and when I saw what we could do together I jumped on it! Unfortunately that has resulted in me having this interest thread up for way to long without starting the run. So I apologize for keeping you all waiting. I normally don't post an interest thread until I am just about ready with a finished prototype.
Anyways, we finalized the design this week and designed the circuit board. We will have to etch the prototype board and then build the prototype to double check all the components and the board design. Once that is done we will make a tutorial of us installing it in my gauntlet and post a video of the final product. Then we will start taking orders. We are getting closer guys so hang in there.
Also, we have added a new feature to the design being that you will be able to switch back and forth between two different sound profiles. So you can have the power up/blast and then power down sound profile or you can switch to a power up... then power down sound profile. As I have mentioned before you will be able to customize the sounds if you want. So you could have the regular repulsor sounds on profile #1 and then something crazy (IE party sounds, etc) on profile #2.
I will be keeping you all up to date on the progress so stay tuned.
So it will be another week before we can move on.
