Iron man 3 Mk39 Gemini sub orbital suit <pep files are done> WIP

Hello there! If you need any help converting the paper pep to foam, I am here to help. Lemme know if
I can do anything for you! I actually have a foam built mark 39 chest plate and I just finished cutting out the jetpack templates.

Thank you !!!!!
And thank you for the offer Cooper648.
The files are already unfolded for foam.
I refolded to fit my hybrid speed build method that you see above.

Jetpack is slowly build and taking place.

When my fingers getting all the glue, it is time for me to stop.

Jetpack is almost done, I ran out of superglue

It's hard to get a good angle, especially when it still out of shape.
The exhaust port are supposed to be constraining the lower part

did you ever find that book? if not i have a copy just tell me which armors you want pics of and ill send em your way

If you run outta cardboard, i've found that cereal box cardboard works nicely.
Thicker than cardstock, thinner than cardboard box cardboard.

Syrus,
I AM using that one. It is called duplex cardboard.
inner side is grey, outer side normally white for printing.
Works better than cardboard IMHO.
However, same as other pep, to make a thickness, it is quite troublesome, foam is better for that purpose.
I am developing a hybrid method, where I separated parts for paper and foam.

Thats all I got - some look similar, but taken by different people (different resolutions too) - Hope they help

I was experimenting about the way I do the unfolding.
I ended up making a new helmet and it turned out it was too tight.
So here is the picture, one on the left: 180 width; right: 195 width.

I am doing a new unfold which combines both ways of unfolding, and using 188mm width.
Hopefully I can get the scale right this time

I am redo the unfolding on the jetpack too.
Might wanna redo the jetpack. Bummer.
