Sorry but no Queen Mary departure the 20th september 1938 from Cherbourg.

I know the Plan, but I wanted be near the date of the ticket which is on sale on etasy (see attached picture).
This Ticket does not look authentic at all and has also a september date.
I really don't have a complete timetable of the grail adventure, so for me it was end of August and until they reached France it could be
September.

If I would talk about authentic historical details, we should say good bye to the Zeppelin journey in that movie.
First point is, that never a Zeppelin named D-138 did exist. Second point is, that the Lakehurst disaster ushered in the end of German airship travel. Confidence in their safety was permanently destroyed, and further passenger transport in hydrogen-filled zeppelins was out of the question from now on. LZ 127 "Graf Zeppelin" was decommissioned a month after the accident and converted into a museum.
So no Zeppelin in 1938 did exist for passenger transports in Germany anymore.

I don't want to talk about all the other ridiculous paper props used in that movie.

It is no problem for me to change the date, but at the moment I don't know . . .
Unfortunately, if we start questioning the historical details in the Indiana Jones films, there will be very little left that we can use to make authentic replica props for us...

I'm not really upset, but I cannot understand such a detail critic on a phantasie paper for 3 fictionaly characters in a fictionally movie?

All is just fiction in that movie.
No Zeppelin in 1938
No burning books in 1938
No Urlaubsschein für Henry Jones or other such German paperworks in 1938.

Of course, I've got the sailing plans, but I cannot let them ship home in the shown time range.
I tried to make a better one than the one which is on sale. Hard to research to find most authentic details.
I even worked with the original currency exchange for $ and £ from 1938 to make it as good as possible.
Choosing Queen Mary was a Joke, because all know this ship, so every other ship can be used.
(better than the Titanic Ticket and Boarding pass as an insert for the Grail Diary)

You cannot be 100% authentic with all props for a phantasie movie.
It was just an idea and nobody needs to use it.
My creation is 100% more authentic than the other one, although both are just fiction.
So for me it is fine.

Indiana Jones movies are not documentaries but "any age kids" stories (even older like me) ...That's why we love them I guess. Many thanks anyway for keeping them alive no matter how...

So this is great work, but Marcus is a Doctor as well, so he wouldn't be listed as Mr. if the other two are listed as Dr.

Just finished my Marcus Brody Portrait Painting from the movie sequence shown at Marshall College in Indiana Jones 4. For the moment it looks good for me. I made it first in size 30 cm x 40 cm for me. With my built frame I'm still not really happy with, but maybe later I will find a better one...

the second pictures was too dark an black, and you could see too much, that Henry's head was pasted in the picture.
I smoothed the area around his head and lightened it a little bit. More Sepia Colour and ran a new filter, so it looks a little better when printed
