Indiana Jones 5 officially announced

They used to be streaming on Disney+ but no longer. It's a solid show, definitely worth a watch. It's fun seeing all these young actors pop up who will later be really famous. And ILM used it to experiment with new special effects techniques that would later be industry standards.

Hmmm.... Where would I find them if Disney is not hosting them any longer?

The series is available via streaming on Apple TV and Amazon (but purchase only).

Regarding physical media, they are out of print, but available on Amazon and used on EBay.

Thank you!

Maybe I'll see if I can find DVDs because I don't like adding another subscription or "buying" non-physical media... I "bought" several movies when I had cable and those disappeared when I cancelled my subscription. I did call them out on it- "what about all the movies and shows I purchased?" fell on deaf ears. Thieves they are!

Having grow-up on The Continental Divide, I would NEVER wear my Wested as a winter coat, cardigan or otherwise.

Now, I do happen to have a shearling RAF Bomber Jacket from Wested that is perfect in winter weather.
The lambskin Wested? Good god, those things won't protect you from the cold. Now, my Flightsuits goatskin Expedition? That holds up pretty well, apart from not really being long enough.

Yeah, I got replacement DVDs for my one set that was missing one off of Amazon a couple months ago. They're still out there. Anyone's guess as to how long they'll remain, though.

I ripped 'em all and added 'em to a Plex server, along with the extras.

I remember seeing him on Johnny Carson or some other late night thing and he seemed pretty weird. Every other word out of his mouth was "Daddy-O." He acted like one of those jazz hipsters from the early 60s.

Although Rick O’Connell is one of many “poor man’s Indiana Jones” facsimiles, at least he changed his clothing, while maintaining the basic “style” of his outfit.

The most ridiculous use of Indy’s cartoon “adventure costume” was actually in The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles when he wore the outfit in the middle of Wyoming winter weather….

Anyone who owns a Wested will tell you it’s more of a “leather shirt” than a true jacket and not something you would wear in winter weather.

Contrast this with the costume upgrades Rick O’Connell made to suit colder weather environments:

ACTUALLY, (haha yes I am doing one of those) I own a Wested Last Crusade jacket, it has served me well for 10+ years. I live in Sweden and I have worn mine in literal snow storms, plural. The jacket is not the problem, everything else is. Fedora? Big no no. Alden 405's? No thanks, can you say frostbite? :p

T-shirt, hoodie +Wested Indy jacket in -10°C works, 14 for you Fahrenheit folk. Thick type of winter scarf is highly recommended though, or a must if/when you ride a bike.

It’s worth a watch. I thought Sean Patrick Flannery did a pretty good job as “young Indy”. (y)

Incoming controversial opinion, I thought he was way better than River Phoenix.

He totally nailed that role... so weird to see a Christian horror film. Low budget, but what a psychological thriller right up until the end.

The Exorcist is a christian horror film right?:p:p:p

After the last film, I would not be surprised if they in the future somehow have Indy(animated kids show?) travel through time(what the actual frak), again, and end up in the Jurassic era or something. Disney - MEH.

**Insert image of borgified Picard with one tear running down his face while also facepalming**

If we're going that direction, and Disney probably is, why not just have Indy end up meeting Han? De-aged and/or whatever....
Just go ahead and get the rights to thrown in some Deckard while we're at it....
Come on Disney...don't ruin everything all lame like...go big.....
(Please don't actually)

Starring The Rock, right? Medically retired firefighter and family man who returns to action to fight fire in the Palisades and save grannies, children and puppies from the fire!

No, I think it's his kid, Little Rock Arkana coming to choke the life out of the woke who stoked the fire by remote! That's no joke! It's the story a kid who sniffed coke and and toked, but regained his scope to avoid having to buy soap on a rope at the joint to not get poked! That's all she wrote...
