Oh the other day I found a damn close match to the chain sprocket used on Joes ceremonial belt. it even has the same number of teeth (yes I counted on the pic cause I'm insane) it was a pain in the ass to find every motorcycle shop I went to looked at me like I was crazy. Also there are lots of auctions on eBay that look like ey are right but are using a stock photo and not what it actually looks like.

I got my mask today and I'm super happy with it. The magnets in the top and bottom teeth keeping it closed are a nice touch, and it's surprisingly pretty comfortable to wear. Now that I've got the head pretty much taken care of, it's on to the bellows. This is gonna be fun!

Great work finding that piece! Any ideas on the cross bar that holds the skull?

I actually realized the nipples need to be back to gray so I scraped the copper off.

Nice work, I'm also going the lawnmower filter route myself. Did yours have a metal screen that you removed? I got two clearance filters from walmart @ $7 each- but they have screens. I thought I could muscle them apart- but no! They are pretty well bonded. I was going to take off one endcap and put on a slightly larger end, splaying out the filter paper to give it a more tapered illusion. I guess I'll see about that after dremel cutting off the screens. :) Also I got a vinyl version of this back rest pillow, that I'm hoping I can make a passable breather bladder out of with minimal modification and painting. http://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays...et000&beacon_version=1.0.1&findingMethod=p13n

TLurker yeah they did. I just grinded them off. Then painted fairly easy

Cool. Also if anyone is still needs the grey hoses- walmart has the washer drain hose for less than $10 I believe. Already grey. Luckily, I stumbled upon some genuine hoses at one of several ARMY NAVY SURPLUS stores that I browsed. But If my cobbled together bendy red spouts don't work out for the black hoses, I may get one and paint it black. Red bendy spouts are 50 cents each. Seen here pictured with blue funnel.http://www.walmart.com/ip/FloTool-Utility-Funnel/19888802
