how to go about painting this?

I made a half-scale resin bust of this version of Jason and was wondering how to go about painting this. what techniques should I use to paint this? I have a couple of brushes and an Iwata neo. also what paints are good for this as well?

Hey, nice job on the sculpt, i'd use a good rattle can primer then airbrush or brush coat acrylics over that, for detail work i use fw acrylic inks, good luck with it
