Another thing is the diameter of the center post on the distributor cap and the Vibration/pully part 106 are the same or very close.

I'm wondering if the intake valves part #73 are for these connection points. I can't see but it wouldn't surprise me.

The Distributor cap is a bit smaller as the vibration/pully
I could overlay it on my 3D view. and get the measurements correct.

I think the top part (not yet with grid), could be a spray can plastic lid. It is about the same size, and the same shape.

Definitely not! Not just a size issue... I don't think the original part had a waffle-tread texture - I think that that apparent pattern in the photos is an artefact of image reproduction. I bet it was smooth.

They had injection molding machines to minimize using so many kits
