Help identify the maker of this saber

Is it bead blasted?

I had one and weathered it w/ some aluminum black.

There was that fellow in Hong Kong who made lightsabers back before MR,
and he eventually worked in their Hong Kong office.

Can't remember his name...

Larbel. I had one of his, but the finish looked like the movie version, not like this one.

I originally heard this was an early Larbel but wasn’t 100% sure.
