Hasbro ROTJ AT-ST (IMPROVED)

It said at Rebelscum they are a Wal Mart exclusive..but I know my Wal Mart hasn't had any.

Are they just out? Does anyone know if they sold in Canada?

I'm pretty sure they did. They were re-released back in the late 90s when Hasbro/Kenner started putting out new SW figures. It had a much better paint job than the 80s ATST did, but still looked like butt.

yes, I'd say new release. the packaging looks like current packaging. I'm keeping my eyes open, only in hopes of modding it like you did, because frankly, the new version still looks like cr*p. Yours is amazing and i hope to recreate what you've done.

the new one is a substantial improvement over their last one though

Well the old one is a -poor- replication of the TESB AT-ST and this one is a -good, better than the code 3 since it has all the details of the go-motion model unlike the code 3 which is a mix of the details of the pyro and go motion models- representation of the ROTJ go motion AT-ST. It looks toyish (but that's a toy afterall) and it seems to have some proportions issues (head is too wide for example) but it looks really with all those mods !

Some photos that show a few things that have been changed:

This is just great. These are real alternatives to studio scale. Now if i can just finish my Hasbro B-wing...........

Thanks!

I have ordered the paint, but its from Hong Kong, so it will be around 14 days before it arrives and i can paint it. The other grey was too dark.
I also ordered some Tamiya flat clear spray, as i hear its also super smooth like the Tamiya spray paints. If the flat clear is nice, i may use it to coat the whole model after i've done the weathering.

I,ve got it stood in one of my ikea class cabinets at the moment and it looks great. Just like a studio model.
