Nope! From Bill:
"The pattern was turned on a lathe in "delrin" a weird oily plastic. I think there was only one "side". The pattern was molded and cast in "smooth on". I remember it being a NASTY flexible urethane. It was cast glossy black but was so sticky that it quickly got covered with dust and turned grey. It was kind of "floating" in there, maybe glued at the base, because they needed access to the bolts on the armature. It was a bit messy I think."

Thank you for that info, I guess I will just have to look at a couple different options and see which one works best!
