I like your replicas and especially the pages of Spellbook, but when you say that you realized them according to what you saw in the Order of the Phoenix, I am not you any more! Would you have references to show us, given that I do not remember having perceived it in the movie?

It was just in the movie in the scene where Hermione realises what Umbridge made Harry do in his detentions with her. She then implores him to tell Dumbledore about it. The pages are based, in part, on what I could see from the book Harry was holding. If you look carefully you can see the heading reading "Standard Book of Spells...". The rest I just went with what seemed logical, and according to gut feeling.

But that's mostly the second page with the symbols, one of which I changed from the prop. The First page (with the chapter heading) is based on the page next to it (this was basically just going with the shape of the layout) that seems likely the be the start of a next section.

No references, though. I was watching the movie and I saw the page and paused it on the right frames and went according to that.

P.S. I don't know what chapter it really was in the prop. I just went with Forty Two as a bit of nod to one of my favourite Doctor Who episodes

or did he for instance, draw that sun with ink as I did? exactly the same to each trace as the one I drew?

Bit off-topic, but I totally agree! I made some replica pages from the book from Hocus Pocus a while back, and without my permission they now have their own facebook page and I've seen people making & selling the spell book with MY pages in it. I know they're my pages since I made some about demons that aren't even in the real prop.

JOKE'S ON THEM THOUGH, 'cos the pages I put online are badly made compared to my personal ones, inaccurate and some of them use copyrighted artwork.

i dont know what wrong in replicating, i just want to show my talent and help other people here, yes im using you and minalima art to have a good REPLICA! yes i know its a hand draw, but i have also a talent using a Digital Handrawing, im using G-Pen 4500 and some Grudge Brush, i use the drawing of Eliot for the sun and add some ink touch to make like your work and like also the Original,.
for me there's a lot of trick to have a good replica.

for me what wrong with my work., im just a fan who helping our fellow member here to have a good and useful prop for there growing collection,.

to everyone thanks, hope i contribute a lot for there's thread,.

Monsters and Jhadha, these sorts of issues have happened before, with people replicating these things so accuratley, it can be hard to tell one replica from another, or a replica from the original. and Monsters post just sonds like a straight out accusation- other people don't know that you compared images etc. if you don't say so! you need think before you make an accusing post like that on a public board- say exatcly what you think the person has done and what evidence you have, otherwise it looks like you don't have any proof! sorry for the rant...

I just got a bit mad about that happening again.

I just don't like when people use my replicas. and I don't belive you enjoy it either when it comes to your creations, specially without consent.

this is the only reason I complained about it.

keep doing the replicas you want, just don't use references that comes from someone else's replica. or try asking them for permisson, and respect their decision.

I don't want people using my replicas this way, so please don't.

thank you barneyrfd! i know it's not much, but all the stuff from hp movies seem exhausted... you all have already replicated almost EVERYTHING!! (which i love love LOVE love:love, btw)
so i just resorted to the books and have started looking for stuff that could be created..
and yet again, i cant thank you all guys enough for everything you have craeted.. seriously, great work! i literally went crazy on seeing this thread!! thank you thank you thank you..!!! :thumbsup
