Amazing Triwizard Tragedies reproduction, can't wait to see it finished! That's a tough one to recreate too.

any suggestion or any idea what else is missing???

Really, Elliot? Could you have chosen a more difficult book? :p I tried searching for jesters, peasants, peasant farmers, medieval maladies, tournaments, and dancing to see if I could find anything, and I found images that were similar-ish, but not quite right. I tried cutting out one of the people to do a search by image, but google failed to find anything.

I don't suppose you have a higher resolution photo of the book cover? Maybe we can get some magic working for it, it's looking great so far!

@elliot: I've looked around for the "victim" images as well and came up empty. They quite likely could be just scanned in from an old book and not part of a clipart library at all. Similar to some of the images used for the Indiana Jones Grail Diary prop.

Looks good but do you mind if ask what the purpose of posting a small, low res image is? Are you just showing us your progress or looking for comments or ???

Are you planning on posting a larger hi-res image that can actually be printed because nothing can be done with this image except look at it.

well my plan is, complete a whole newspaper and then put them in order in high res :) hope thats okay? I NEED HELP, ANYONE WHO CAN GET ANY PICTURES I CAN USE FOR THE DP PLEASE PM AND I'LL GIVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO YOU..

ANYONE WHO CAN GET A GOOD PIC OF MALFOY IN THIS DP?:confused :confused :confused

I'm sure if you put out requests for what you need people will help.

Your plan to make the things you want that are not being done by other people is your best course of action.

But...I'm going to stick up for jhadha here for a minute. I know you guys have some problems but jhadha has provided some of the best and most detailed props ever posted on this thread so when he doesn't put out what you want you can't get down on him. Everybody has different wants, needs and projects that are important to them.

No bashing intended just my opinion.

The recently posted DP pages are looking great, the board is really active today, awesome. Welcome to the new members Kevin, T-man and anyone I might have missed out looking forward to seeing what projects your working on.

Thanks for the positive feedback on the cover progress, the images were found at clipart.com and I'm currently looking through 247 pages of results for 'Dover man' as Dover seemed to be the common tag between the other images I found. If I have no luck I'll just draw the guys myself, I think Barney might be right I'm beginning to think they are not on that site.

Like Lemonlemonuk has already said it is proving very difficult to track down the 'victims' of the creatures on this cover, if anyone can track these guys down it'd be a great help.

Amazing! When you finish you should upload one with the shine effect and one without :) It would be cool to see how much of a difference it makes on the book lol, also, in the background, behind the creatures and stuff, does it look like handwriting to anyone else? or is that just a pattern? What program are you using?

I found these pictures, The first one is from the wizards collection box set and looks like it was inspired by The book, The second one shows us that the pages are gold, like the title:D
