Sorry to say... not a font!

Well at least not a font that is available for purchase anyway. The font you are looking for was custom designed for HP production by the graphic artists. The font was primarily used on the Marauders Map but also on some other props (Such as the typed versions of the acceptance letters).

I've emailed Miraphora Mina (creator of the font) before to enquire and they are not currently selling it, so the only thing I can suggest is to find the closest font you can.

@KevinDG Thanks for these awesome pics and I'm very glad to hear you had a great time at the tour. I can't wait to go in June, though will be at Hogwarts, Florida in a few weeks. I am especially glad with the picture of the Inquistorial Squad pin, I really wanted one of these and bought the MoM keychain and that's basically it attached to a piece of ribbon. Thanks again.
