@davyHPfan: Great idea for the WOMBAT test!
I made up and posted Test 1 and 2 (test 3 on the burner) based on the on-line versions from "The Creator's" web site just to be accurate but never really liked the '80's pixel style font that was used. I really like the idea of a clever folding test similar to the OWLs Exam.
Hmmm...may have to revise the Tests...

OK Hink, I don't know what the hell a bowtruckle is but I'll find it, assuming of course, it is an it. But first I have to put on my zebra coat, zoot suit and my wide brimmed hat with a long feather.

Great! Thanks a lot. Some other links are dead too. I didn't follow this thread for a while, but is the first post with all the links being reorganized or something? Many of the links at the end of the posts seems dead. Some things that were there aren't there anymore now (the O.w.l. exam for instance), wich is a pitty because it was all great quality stuff!
I'm also a bit suprised by Hinkypunk's reaction. I just wanted to inform about a dead link and got a rather "heavy" reaction? Anyway, Hinkypunk, I love your work! Keep up the good work!

@hinky and ecl, I can make books! How long ar you willing to wait? I've got final exams unil Friday and then I'm out of school for summer, so I'd start making them this coming weekend 
also, hinky, you might want to do a back and spine for the advanced motion making... I'm telling you they look 100X more real with the back and spine (there was no nice way to word that by the time I got to "with")
Oh yea, and I've completely given up on year with the yeti, I need some hinky classes befre I try to make anything that's worth looking at

If you send me the Files on my E-Mail I will putt it permanently on my private server. I have 200 mb wich i would reserve for the Harry Potter Stuff.

Hi guys! Just thought I'd check in. Our party was yesterday and seemed to be a success with the kids and adults alike. I took your advice and slept for 24 hours straight to help make my cold go away faster. I was still a bit sick, but was able to get through fine.
PS - About bowtruckles...my hubby was giving the Care of Magical Creatures class where first the kids sketched bowtruckles that we had on the table and then he did a slideshow presentation with a projector on other creatures. Well, the fan on the projector would suck up a bowtruckle off the table every so often so it'd go from lying on the table to standing upright against the projector by itself and the kids were freaked out. Totally unplanned, but interesting! I think a couple young ones went home thinking a lot of this stuff is real.

What helps avoiding these messages, is repairing them ;-). Anyway, I'm not full-time on theRPF, so I didn't know it was already said that the links are dead.
But I found all the files I needed, so for my part no need to fix them, but it would avoid people telling you the links are dead, when you fix them. It doesn't take that long, no?

Barney and I work our butts off all the time making cool stuff for everyone to play with.
Things that people rarely repost and say 'hey look I used something of yours!'
We have some great people on this thread, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I'm not going to name names, because then I'll forget someone and I'll feel really really really bad about it. You know who are and I adore you.
But then there are the people that pop on the thread now and again to demand something and offer assistance and say "hey I can help, let me get you some screengrabs and nice reference photos to make your job easier", but then no one ever does, they just want the loots.
Its frustrating.
So starting today, I'm making my own fan club, and I havent talked to Barney about this, but I'm sure he'll be on board too. There will still be free paper props posted on this thread, but I'm going to start giving stuff out to those on the thread that have made this thread a community.
This will include full Daily Prophets. Not just front pages.
However since I'm too busy to even walk my dog properly, this won't happen until July.

:confused I don't have a clue what's happened but you all seem to be pissed off, just alot. Hopefully this will cheer you up. It's the first draft of a periodic table I've been working on. I call it the "Wizarding Periodic Table of Potion Ingredients" or "W.P.T.O.P.I" for short. :confused
