Here is the Last letter Hagrid gave harry personally.
Barnyrfd did the address. I just reshaped the envelope, resized, added Barneyrfd's address and changed the texture to match the letter I have.
The seal is added in this image.

MINISTRY LETTER OF REPRIMAND ENVELOPE

Hey, remember in Chamber of Secrets when the owl flys in with the envelope from the MOM and it turns out to be a howler letter of reprimand to Harry...

Well, I've been working on it off and on for a while now and I think it's done. The tough part was figuring out what the stamp in the top right corner said.

It's not perfect but its perfectly close.

I provided the wording without background for those who want to print on their own envelope/paper and since eviltig has been providing these great images with an envelope template I provided it in that format as well.

Funny thing is I had that same envelope template done awhile back but I thought it was a little too small and I found when you folded it there wasn't much to glue the side flaps to. So I added some meat to the bottom flap so the side flaps have more to glue to and am using that template here.

This is an edited post. I corrected the wording and typos in the envelope in the original post and have attached the revised envelope.

@PhoenixVader: The Monster book project sounds really awesome! Someone needs to put one together hehe. I went ahead and did a drawing from one of the references lynx posted. Maybe it can help. I didn't add any of the words around the character and it's not as detailed. Feel free to use it if u want!

I looked at tons of screen grabs and finally came up with what I have. It definitely starts with L and ends with M and has 7 letters but the rest is very fuzzy. The letters seem to vary from screen grab to screen grab. Anyway, what i came up with does not make sense but it doesn't really have to.

Thanks, it looks cool. If it helps I've made you a capture from the bluray of Phoenix. It looks like it says "PER BUBOREM" though even in decent quality the stamp still isn't crystal clear. Is there definitely one in Chambers? If you can remind me what point I'll capture that in bluray too.

Also, if you do decide to make a revision, the spelling of "Privet" in the address has a typo in it. But even as it is it's great!

Very nice. I am doing all the drawing in the same style so the book is more or less the same, but great drawing

Below you can see the order of dismissal form that I made from scratch. They only show the symbol and border in the film. I sorta got the border, but couldn't find a good screenshot of the symbol. (so I made do with a different one).
PS. if you want to print it out then you sorta half to cut and paste it into a larger sheet, then fold it up. I'll post a pic of it folded soon:lol

Man I wish I had that screen shot when I put the thing together!!!! It's clear as a bell now, so PER BUBONEM it is. I will revise the stamp and the typo.

What is it with me and typos!?? It makes me angry and embarrassed at the same time.
