Thanks for the links, it's interesting to see the different approches taken to making a 2D image into a 3D item. I've put together a foamboard shield today, but still need to paint it, and don't have enough left to make the swords :unsure!

I'll try to post more pics tomorrow, then put an interest thread in the JY

Here are a few more shots of the skull with the new shield I've put together. It's very simple, just foamboard, mount board and a bit of filler..

There should be a thread in the JY very soon, I'm just casting up another skull to show it in "kit form"
