Halo - 1:1 props

Yeah, now if they'd just take a photo of that thing out tearing up some ground with a guy in Master Chief armor driving and a couple of soldiers on the other positions. I can't wait to see what else they're going to do with these short films they're making. They must have spent a heck of a pretty penny on building that thing!

These look great, Have to wait to see how they are sized

Jasman Toys Shows Halo 3 Laser Pursuit Guns
Relatively authentic replicas debuted at Comic-Con.
by Gerry Block
July 30, 2007 - The Halo franchise has been receiving unabated love from just about every industry, from film, to games, and now toys. At the very recent Comic-Con San Diego a number of Halo licensed reveals were made, including WizKids' ActionClix model game. A bit more exciting to those who like to run around pretending to kill people, however, was the reveal of Jasman Toys' lineup of Halo 3 themed "Laser Pursuit" weapons.

Designed as part of a laser-tag like game, Jasman's Laser Pursuit system will aim to recreate the Halo experience, in which player's must drain one another's rechargeable shields before administering a true kill. The first two guns to premier will be the pictured Covenant Plasma Rifle and Pistol. Both will launch in October 2007, and will be followed by a Covenant Energy Sword in 2008.

According to a Q&A posted at Bungie, Jasman toys is avoiding releasing any UNSC weapons due to the fact that they'd look too realistic and would have to be bright orange to be sold in toy stores. The company isn't ruling out anything, however, and if the Covenant weapons prove to be a hit there may be a possibility of getting the opposing set of weapons.

Like TK648 says and some of the comments in the link state, this is the Warthog that was built by Weta. This footage is apparently of some of the Bungie guys taking the Warthog for a test drive during a visit.

I guess the in game Warthog handles a little differently than the RL one since they clipped the edge of the building. :lol

Wow... Really, WOW... I want one of those... :cool

From WETA's website:

We have created a fully functioning four wheel drive Warthog, with a working gun, digital displays, airbags and the ability for the Warthog to crab crawl as well as four wheel steer.

Here it is in action (for real):

If anyone does a run of these, PLEASE let me know! :lol:lol:lol (I'll pay for gas..)

I would love to see that clip as a down load on XboX live marketplace
it would look fantastic on my 56 inch wide screen:)
