This is the fullsize M6D I did earlier this year:

10.5" long and pretty heavy. Comes apart in three pieces with a nifty plaque.

I had canned production, because I was never happy with my mold (too hard to pour), but lately people have expressed some interest. If you guys want, I can start an interest thread to see if it's worth remolding.

I don't mean to be...whatever that word is... but isn't that thing a little...huge?

I mean, your finger doesn't reach the trigger. and you can't wrap your fingers around well enough to fire it without it flipping out of your hand.

well, it is scaled to a 7.5' tall marine :)

i would have gladly gotten one but it hit at the worst possible time cash wise. you gotta admit, that sucker is big enough for EVERYONE to know you are a halo fan :lol

(and worse comes to worse, you can always bludgeon someone with it after losing a game of halo to some rocket jockey who camps wayyy too much ;))

Well the Masterchief ain't exactly a runt. He stands over 7' and is packin' the .50cal M6D. It's scaled correctly. :) (Hydin beat me to it)

Ramiel, That's looking good. I just emailed you some more goodies to help with the details.

Master Chief ain't a Marine ;)

It may be accurately scaled, but the normal sized Marines in the games use those weapons too so it's got to be usable to the average joe as well:)

Plus he's only 7' in armor, which makes him a measly 6'9" or so out of armor. Not so imposing :lol

Loving how that plasma pistol is looking so far Ramiel.
Getting very excited about this now. Gathered quite a bit of refference material for the plasma pistol and rifle.
Guess they're not needed now :lol

Here's a female surgeon who has no trouble handling it. :p

How about a "Studio Scale" Pelican model?

Master Chief is 7 feet and an 1/2 inch Tall in Halo 1 to be more exact (2.146 meters).

Well, I suppose that'll shut me up.

The picture, or said surgeon pulling a sidearm of that calibre on you?

Out of the M6D discussion...
A small update (due to the lack of time) on the Plasma pistol, to be specific, the "magazine thing"...

Thanks again to Jmtwo for the low-poly model and the references ;)

I've done also a (very) quick test for the "shield granade" (from the new halo 3 trailer, the small QT one...)

The cover for the button is a placeholder (I can't see the details in the video), so if you have some screencaps or something, let me know...

so you haven't found anything on the video? I can screen cap on it...so if you need somethin let me know

Here are a few caps of the shield grenade. It looks pretty spot on, but I think the thumb switch actually expands after he presses it down, and it pops back up. And I think the safety lever top, i think its a 2 part hinged piece. But here are the caps:

I actually have larger scans if you want them, they are just too large for me to post on Photobucket of put on here
