HalloweenCostumes.com "Back to the Future 2 Light Up Shoes"

I'd say because 4:29 PM on October 21, 2015 was almost a year ago. The demand is just not there for them any more.

I meant lowered the collar. But, yes...I suppose that's true too.

Maybe they should try to increase sales by arranging a no-brand V3.

that would be great :) But I think it is just because Halloween is comming and they want to clear up their stock... Because let's face it : the BTTF trend is passed since 2015 :/

Maybe they over-bought on Mags and it's just clearing out. But they also seem very committed to being the BTTF costume provider. They have so much new stuff this year, including those kid Mags and all sorts of new BTTF costumes. And with the upgraded jacket, maybe they got some new shoes on the way too.

I didn't ever get a pair of the ribbed side ones to compare them, but they looked from images as though they had less foam. The smooth-side version has so much extra layers of foam in main body, it makes the shoe look very 'tubby' to me. Then again, if they'd been released before I had V2's I would have liked them more.

Makes sense. I think this extra foam is what makes the ribbed version so bulky. The smooth side looks better to be because it doesn't have these massive ribs on the sides. Both have a hideously big toe that needs slimming. I am just curious to see what these look like with my clears on them. But I will push them out a bit as well.

I guess that The kids shoe would have been updated (i mean the shape) if their intention were to release an updated shoe for the 21th :/
So i won't hope so much from them :(

BUT that's true that they provide lot of costumes and they upgrade some of them for the better (the jacket for example)

Yes, this is accurate.

The 1st gen, the seafoam colored soles. Those had thin uppers, you could feel air moving as you walked.

The 2nd gen, the gray sole with dot spatter. Those got some slightly thickened foam.

The 3rd gen smooth-side. They are very thick with foam if I recall correctly.

let's hope they're not making a 4th gen that would be only made out of foam and you won't get to put your feet in at this pace of filling them with foam :D

Failed Prototype - "Subject could still get feet inside."

Those HC kid mags are down to $59. Really close to buying a couple pair for my family members. But I also have a feeling the price could come down a little more.

That is about what we paid for V1s back in 2012. If they do drop any more, I'm gonna say maybe $10 will be it.

Just paid 52 for the HC Mags at halloween costumes.com. Hoping to get 3 working wears out of them, haha. Figured i've spent close to that on shoes i've only worn once before so why not give them a shot.
