My HC were 1st gen, with the seafoam green sole. Lasted all the way until the last few months. The left shoe would blink when I stepped or flexed it. And now it won't turn on at all.

I might try fiddling around with GITD. See if I can extend the life of that pair.

Just paid 52 for the HC Mags at halloween costumes.com. Hoping to get 3 working wears out of them, haha. Figured i've spent close to that on shoes i've only worn once before so why not give them a shot.

How did you get them for $52?

They did upgrade the jacket. And I am hoping they upgraded the shoe.

Think I'll buy another pair at the current price too.

So I just got the kids version of this shoe and noticed when charging, the red LEDs blink. Wonder why they don't do this on the adult sizes? We'll see if the green LEDs blink when fully charged.
