Well, my size 11s came in!
The puffed up toe makes them look comical :lol Of course they're not perfect, theyre's glue spots on the fabric, midsole, and on the outsole as well. For a whole size bigger, the inner construction seems to fit me snug. Tbh a size 10 would probably feel a bit uncomfortable. Lights work right outta the box, the heel is definitely more comfortable than the V2's (I can feel the battery through the insoles with my V2's) Not bad for $69.99. Hate to tell my gf i got these as donors for a project, but she already knows about the logo and el/led upgrades.

They do have unusually thick foam in the uppers. Probably why you can get away with an 11, and I'm good with a 10 in HC rather than the 9.5's in V2's I wear. I wore a pair of my HC's today and they were getting pretty warm.
As for the toe, it is possible to open them and mod them to have a slimmer toe - I've been slack and not done it myself yet. The V2's I steam-toed ages ago.
My GF just tolerates my sneaker collection and wouldn't buy me MAGs (since she says I already have too many, lol) so you got lucky there with your yours getting you a pair. Make sure she knows you appreciate it!
