Hi ! to every one.

Long time no see since I had posted the build of 'Tempest'

This is the new build I am on now.

The base is the toy gun H&K MP-5, a couple of unknown hand gun and a binocular I bought at the local one coin shop.:lol They cost me about 6 or 7 dollar.

Cut them up and put them together !

And fix the cockpit, dials and canopy.
This fine vacuformed canopy was provided by my friend Bar (Barry) -san.
It has a very universal shape. You can fit any type of model. It's really great design !!

Very cool kitbash. One piece of constructive criticism... on the seam lines... I'd either greeblie over them so they are unseen of just more "depth" of detail, or putty them up so they're not quite so obvious. other wise I've never seem some airsoft guns look so spacey :D

Hi!

Thank you very much for your looking and your comment
I'm happy that you like it.

Those upper/lower hull were just put together with some screw so far.
Because I have to do some LED wiring and put the optic fiber inside.

All the best,:lol

Looks great to me, very 'Wipeout'. In fact, if you do another see how the hulls look with a slight angle to them.

Thank you for your comment.

If you mean what I am thinking, Yup, that's the difficult point when you trim the angle of both fore and aft hull. I am going to insert the brass tube to fix them and avoid warping.:rolleyes

Lot of things to solve even for a little build like this.:lol

Here are a few progress.

Install the cockpit tub and a Head Up Display on the glare shield .

May be I should get a better camera.

Thanks,

Manny mobile phone cameras and "normal ones. Have a macro mode. Its specifically(?) for taking close up shots and is usually marked with the symbol of a flower.

Consult your camera manual if you have it still.

I love the craft, Cant wait for the paint job. :thumbsup

Hi !

Thanks for the kind advice.

All the best,

Wow, very cool. I was sort of hoping that it would be something in the same scale as your outstanding Tempest model, but this is great too. I like the way the canopy sits low on the model, gives it a hot-rod feel.

Jim

This is dangerous for me to see, Now i want to "convert" some of my bb guns into spaceships too!

And you are welcome, I wait eagerly until you grant us another update on this. :)

:lol Gwan Katsu thats a great model!:lol:thumbsup
You nailed the scale of the instrumentation in the
cockpit and the green back lighting looks excellent!
