I bet it will be memorable. Not going to watch this trailer. I'm already in.
This will probably be my last MCU film so I hope it's a memorable one.
Why the last mcu movie, marvel fatigue?

Yeah, pretty much. Plus, all my favorites (Original Avengers and maybe Spider-Man???) are gone.I bet it will be memorable.

That's because the MCU is starting a brand new phase, and by brand new I mean brand new. Think about it, just about every MCU movie from the previous however many phases were essentially leading up to one thing, Thanos and what culminated in End Game. Now that all that's all over Marvel is setting up things for the next chapter of the MCU. We're getting introduced to new characters, something we got with Phase 1 & 2 (maybe) of the MCU, and at this point in Phase 1 & 2, Thanos and the Infinity Stones were only just barely being hinted at. This is what's happening now, they're setting things up for the next Avengers movie and as more movies come out, I guarantee you that we're going to be learning more about who the big bad for this next chapter in the MCU is and what's going to happen.Fees these days, outside of Guardians, we’re watching all the side characters’ movies… there’s no core.
I thought the new big bad is Kang? That's because the MCU is starting a brand new phase, and by brand new I mean brand new. Isn’t that him in the trailer?I thought the new big bad is Kang?
I think so too. I doubt that Gunn is concerned with helping Marvel set up stuff for Kang, and I doubt Marvel is interested in continuing the Guardians movies. So, it should be interesting to see what kind of film we get.Yeah, he's gonna Wild Bunch the whole crew.
I think, if it's who you're saying, that's the "High Evolutionary" played by Chukwudi Iwuji (Copy paste for spelling)... actor from Peacemaker... and character who made Rocket what he is.Isn’t that him in the trailer?
I’m guessing Adam warlock will have a change of heart in this movie..

I don’t believe he was in the trailer, I think NeoRutty is correct.Isn’t that him in the trailer?

I’m gonna have to go back and watch it again, wonder who that is?I don’t believe he was in the trailer, I think NeoRutty is correct.
Yeah, that and I think the actors are probably ready to move on. Like, they've done their bit, it was fun, and now it's time to pack it in. Soooo....wild bunch 'em. There were just too many sequences in the trailer that made me think "Oh yeah, everyone's gonna die."I think so too. The High Evolutionary (guy on the left) is the main villain of the film. But Adam Warlock (on the right) was also in the trailer. The inter-dimensional monster that the Guardians fought at the beginning of Vol 2 was also in the trailer. Based on this, the Sovereign probably will be a minor plot.
Edit: Re-read and realized that the conversation was about Kang being in the trailer. I had interpreted it as a question of Adam Warlock being in the trailer. Sorry.
It's more than likely Counter-Earth, the High Evolutionary's planet that's identical to our Earth, but located on the other side of the sun, so we can never detect it. It's a place where his creations can live their lives as he observes them.I wonder about the planet they land on with all the aliens. It looks like a regular US suburb, but all the cars are from the 70s and 80s it seems. Mayhaps the Guardians will engage in a bit of multiverse travel.
